Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America, Allison Vail brings more than a decade of crisis management and strategic communications experience to Walker Marketing. Since 1998, she has led the communications efforts of private and public companies, helping each find and share their voice with the audiences that matter most.

She was most recently the director of public relations at LendingTree.com and its parent company Tree.com, where she served as the PR liaison between the company and its employees, customers, business partners, peers and shareholders. During her tenure, she raised the company's earned media share by 65% and made LendingTree the most sought after mortgage industry experts in the country.

Allison's passion and desire to help companies tell their tale is apparent from the minute you meet her. A reporter at heart, she approaches each new PR challenge by listening to her clients and asking the right questions in order to understand their goals. Whether there is a crisis at hand or a new product ready to launch, she ensures that her clients’ stories are told in a strategic way that boosts their reputation and helps them gain the favor of their stakeholders.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with her daughter Eloise and her husband Mike. She loves to run and is looking forward to the day when her little girl can fit into the Bob stroller. A native of western New York, Allison graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a love of chicken wings and a degree in history.
